I was watching an old movie about believing in God. It got me thinking
about my own upbringing and how the stories of the Bible were taught, how I attended
Sunday school, vacation bible school, and the many songs and prayers my parents
would recite with us. I read about so many that haven’t
been as fortunate to feel the comfort and protection from knowing The Father,
Son and The Holy Ghost.
Prayer:
Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done, in earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread;
and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from
evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power and the glory, for ever. Amen.
