Notice the temperature of your body and the room.
You can ask yourself, Are you hungry or full?
How tired are you?
Where do you feel pain?
What parts of your body can you not feel at all?
If you notice an emotion, where do you sense it?
Do you sense that you could take action right now?
If so, where does that sense of creating movement live?
